London Business School's Private Equity Club would like to welcome new MBA, EMBA, MIF, PhD, IEP and Sloan students to London Business School.

Overview

With over 500 student members and regular educational events and speakers, the club is one of the most active of the School's clubs. We provide a forum for students interested in all aspects and all stages of private equity, and who are interested in developing their knowledge in order to further their careers.

Our Aim

• To build awareness of London Business School and its graduates within the private equity industry
• To strengthen ties with and between our alumni working in the industry
• To educate our student members in order to help them to enter the industry

Key activities :

• Ongoing educational speaker series
• Provision of career support to students - education, skills training, hints & tips
• Private Equity Conference - scheduled for the week commencing 12 May 2008
• Organisation of events to build alumni relationships amongst themselves and with the student body
• Supoprt in organising London Business School's participation in the Venture Capital Investment Competition
• Close working ties with the London Business School Private Equity Institute, including provision of students for research projects
